Shipping policy

Processing time
Every order is printed, inspected, and packed in our home studio. US orders are fulfilled within 5 business days of purchase, and most go out sooner. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take a little longer; we will let you know if so.

Shipping rates and carriers
We ship via USPS, and UPS ground. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Local pickup
If you select local pickup we will organize a day/time for you to pickup your order. Pickups can also be made at a local vendor event. Follow our socials for upcoming market dates.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, email Contact@forg3dlayers.com with a photo within 7 days and we will make it right.
